Our program is called Cornerstone Five-Star Executive Search. Like NASA, we have done everything possible to minimize risk, time and cost and ensure the optimum results for each individual client.
The first of five components of the program delivers a detailed diagnosis, plan and position specification so that everyone fully understands an agreed definition of the task or tasks. A Cornerstone Project Manager heads up a team that will develop a thorough understanding of your business, your needs and your culture.
In the second component, we undertake the appropriate search and sourcing of talent. Depending upon the location and functional segment, many of our offices maintain current databases of pre-researched candidates. In this phase we may also research information on your competitors as well as perceptions of you as an employer.
We undertake the job specification in consultation with the client, we interview and pre-screen every qualified candidate and present the candidate for the client interview.
Depending upon your needs, there may not be a sufficient pool of available talent locally or even nationally, requiring offshore search. You can rely on our network and experience with offshore sourcing whether for domestic or offshore positions.
All candidates at this stage have been fully vetted and meet the agreed definition plus an indication of the cultural fit, saving the client hundreds of hours of effort. The preferred candidates are presented for the client interview. The interview format is agreed, references are checked and our psychometric assessment of each candidate is offered.
The fifth and final stage includes negotiations on the client’s behalf, drafting of an offer letter and post-hire follow-up.
