Our supervised global network of qualified coaches provides consistency in delivery on an international level, while maintaining the personalized local approach that has been the hallmark of Cornerstone International Group’s executive services for over 25 years. https://www.cornerstone-group.com/practice-groups/#coach-search
Criteria of Cornerstone Executive Coaches are that they had been senior line managers before, as well professionally trained and accredited as member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). The Cornerstone coaching processes meet and maintain Cornerstone Executive Coaching Standards as well as the ethical standards of the ICF.
The Methodology we use is the ‘GROW’ coaching model. It provides a framework and structure to the coaching sessions. This model evolved from one of the most influential books on learning and performance of the last 30 years, written by Timothy Gallwey and is called ‘The Inner Game of Tennis’. It provides a framework for us to work with on generating agreed and documented action plans, addressing the agreed business issues/challenges and personal development areas, ensuring that sessions are structured and focused effectively.
Milestones to measure progress against the development areas will be identified and agreed, to ensure there are measurable ‘outputs’ that correlate with the ‘inputs’ from the coaching process.
- G – Goal – for the session/week/month/next 12 months/strategic goals.
- R – Reality – what’s actually happening?
- O – Options – what’s possible?
- W – Wrap-up – what are you going to do about it?
